#HealthNow Network Coordinator
Reporting to: #HealthNow Director
Hours: 37.5 hours per week/ full time
Direct reports: Volunteers and Consultants from time to time
Benefits: 5% Employer contribution upon completion of 3 months’ probation
Location: Location is flexible (home-based or from our London office) with significant travel across the UK

Groundswell has been successful, in partnership with national homelessness charities Crisis and Shelter, in securing a grant from the National Lottery Community Fund to take a national approach to overcoming homeless health inequalities. This approach is called #HealthNow. Groundswell is seeking an experienced professional for a key role in delivering the ambitious goals of the partnership in the role of #HealthNow Network Coordinator.
We are looking for a highly organised individual who is excellent at building relationships for influence. Project management experience and a passion for improving the lives of people experiencing homelessness is essential. The #HealthNow Network Coordinator will support delivery partners in the growth, set-up, delivery and evaluation of #HealthNow. You will work harmoniously with the Groundswell team on the 5 pillars of #HealthNow (awareness and understanding, local systems change, supporting individuals, taking action and participation and progression) by developing and maintaining strong partnerships across the country.
