Participation Manager
Mathilde joined Groundswell in May 2022 to coordinate a variety of initiatives supporting the involvement of people with personal experience of homelessness to tackle health inequalities. In previous roles at St Mungo’s and a small charity supporting vulnerable migrants, she honed her skills in volunteer and project management. She particularly enjoys witnessing volunteers gaining the experience and confidence they need to support their recovery and achieve their full potential, whilst fighting for systemic change. She strongly believes that if something helps even just one person to improve their life, then it’s worth doing!
