ListenUp! Project Officer
Tess joined Groundswell in January 2022 to be part of the ListenUp! team.
She previously worked for Inspiring Change Manchester and Shelter where she promoted co-production and co-ordinated service user involvement in systems change.
Tess also co-chaired the Mental Health Action Group as part of the Manchester Homelessness Partnership, which saw her leading on research into mental health and homelessness, deliver workshops on the topic and speak at conferences.
Aside from mental health and homelessness, Tess is passionate about the power of stories and that white chocolate should never be described as chocolate.
