I’ve just attended ‘Managing challenging behaviour’ delivered by Sharon Clint from Groundswell. I highly recommend the training sessions provided by Groundswell. Sharon is an excellent trainer, honest, funny, insightful, knowledgeable, and engaging. I think this is the 3rd course that I have attended, and I have always left them having gained some new ideas and tools on how to manage situations, and just be better.
